Converting DAT and TMD files

I'm trying to get the models from Senran Kagura and I got as far as converting the CAT files to TMD's and DAT's but I'm stuck on what to do next. Anyone mind helping me out?

and i want to know how to convert CAT Files to TMD and DAT didnt find any tutorial here yet can someone help me? i know after having the tmd files i just need to use Tamsoft_TMDImporter_04-05-17 from random talking bust to extract the models from senran kagura shinovi versus but i dunno how to convert CAT files to TMD
