Pac in Time .MIDI files?

I'm asking if anyone could possibly get their hands on the music files from any version of the game (DOS, GB and SNES/Genesis) The main reason being I wanted to try making some remixes by fiddling with their instruments and playing them in different soundfonts, however no results or google searches have helped me. I can't seem to find a good way to extract GB music and export them as midi files and the DOS version seems to be using an unknown file format...

Converting SNES music to midi is easier said than done, I don't think it's possible unless you actually recreate it from memory.

None of those are convertable back to MIDI, at least I've tried with the "VGM" format before.
