undertale ps4 bordersx

hey! hopefully i'm not posting this in the wrong place.
is there a way i can figure out how to rip the borders for undertale's ps4 / psvita version? i've been on the search for them and i haven't found a good clean rip of them anywhere.

this isn't a request, i personally want to rip them myself and submit them.
