Extracting FMV from Wii

I'm thinking of extracting cutscenes from "Boom Blox: Bash Party". I see two types of files in the "Movies" sectiion of the directory. VP6 and BSTF. They're FMV cutscenes.

Is there any way to extract or convert them to MP4?
