Punch Time Explosion.wii files

I've been researching my butt off on how to extract models from .wii files (the format the Wii version of CN Punch Time Explosion uses), and I haven't had a single bit of luck. I tried using the wikispaces link from another thread with a similar issue, but it's way too complicated to understand, and wikispaces is about to close. Anyone know how to extract from .wii files? Thanks.
