I'm an amateur, so there may be mistakes.
First of all I'd like to thank luschi for the xbox 360 extracting tool, Richard Whitehouse for noesis, and Luigi Auriemma for unxwb.

NOTE:
This rip is missing the folder full of licensed music and 112.wav from the bgm stream folder because it is a Bob Marley song. I am a bit perplexed by the gravure sound folders because they mostly contain junk. However, they are worth looking through because they contain unique sounds. Oddly, some Helena gravure xwbs contained PCM files instead of xma. The batch script I wrote deleted those files so some Helena gravure folders are empty. I checked the xsb cues to see if they were worth trying to convert, but I think they were just more sound test files that so many of the gravure folders contain.

Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to rip the audio with the file names intact. I included the xsb files, which can be opened with a hex editor to look at the cue names. You'll find them near the end of the file. The cue names are helpful for guessing what a certain sound effect is.

You may distribute the files as you see fit. If you are willing to take the time to organize the sounds, you can also submit it to the sound resource site. You don't have to credit me whatsoever in whatever you do with these files. In fact, I would prefer not to be credited. Feedback and concerns are appreciated.

Please don't upload your WAV files with your xsbs, because I'd rather not spend the time to download 1.37GB of unneeded data. You need to use the XSB switch in junction with the corresponding XWB file in unxwb. The way to do this is as so from command line in unxwb:
Code:
unxwb -b xsbname OFFSET xwbfile
Where "xsbname" is the name of the xsbfile, and "OFFSET" is the location of where the names start in the xsb file (Offset in hex editor), and "xwbfile" is the name of the xwbfile. XSB & XWB names should line up together.

Also, post this in ripping help next time.

Moving this over to "Ripping Help" as it seemed pretty out-of-place prior.

I tried using the xsb function on unxwb and it doesn't work. There are more sound files than there are cue names. Not only that, unxwb did not correctly assign the names on the sound files that it did label. From what I gathered on different forums, the xsb function on unxwb was never successful for all games because of different formats. Also i didn't see the harm in including xsb files because they only took up 748KB on my disk. I figured they would be useful enough for the user want it. I am going to provide a link for the files without the xsb.

Also, since I am in the help section now, does anyone know about anything xwb_split. I get the error message that the number of xsb sounds don't match the simple + complex sounds. Even when I choose the ignore error options, not all names are assigned so I know it was not done properly. Is there any way to get these sounds labeled using game data?
