Hello,
I am attempting to rip karts from MK8 and everything is going smoothly except for the fact that I cannot get normal maps.
I used BNTX Extractor to get .dds from textures.bntx which classified the normal map as a BC5_SNORM.
I've tried many methods for converting this BC5_SNORM .dds to a .png such as using CompressonatorCLI and Photoshop, but I am yet to get anything that looks like what I'm expecting (see attached image for result).
What is the typical method of getting normal maps?
