very specific log in problem

Hello there! I wanted to share a problem that I have for almost 2 years.
Ever since I had my new computer since 2017, I had problems with logging in:
-Spriters: Need to log in every time I enter the site, but can be logged
-Models: I can't log in at all. I go into log in and the site keeps saying I'm not logged in.
-Forum: Always logged in.

The same problem also happens on my phone. I use Google Chrome on both devices and both of them are connected. I deleted cookies several times and I still can't solve it.
The problem didn't happen on my old computer and doesn't happen on other devices. 

Any help?

Login problems are always one of two things. It's either a cache/cookie issue (which it seems not to be based on what you're saying) or an ad blocker. Do you have an ad blocker enabled? If not, please try clearing your entire cache and all of your cookies (or, to test, try an incognito window).

Tried incognito on phone (I don't have excess to my computer until tomorrow) and still can't log in.

I'm not sure what's causing it then. I just tested logging in with an incognito window myself and it worked fine.
