Road Rash 2
#1
I've always been a fan of the Road Rash games, and my favorite thing about them would easily be the bikes.  I've been a motorcycle enthusiast all of my life, and the '90s had some really great designs, so I loved just going to the bike shop in each of the games and looking at all of the different paint jobs.  Yeah, I know; I also bought Soul Calibur 5 just to play dress-up.  Anyway, I've been thinking of ripping the sprites from the bike shops, and I'd like some opinions as to how I should do this for Road Rash 2.  The bikes show up on a dark blue menu, but if you look closely, there's a lighter blue line running behind most of them, likely to simulate the road.  Not all have them, and those that do are not always in the same position or at the same angle.  Should I:
1) Cut out the line altogether, even though it is part of the menu, and arguably part of the sprite
2) Have the bikes with just their respective lines
3) Have the bikes with their respective lines, and also with the menu color as the background
4) Have the bikes by themselves, but then also submit sheets for the menus, with different versions for each of the lines
5) Something else entirely
I have a few ideas, but I'd like to hear from some of the pros before going forward with this.  Thanks in advance!
