ripping from Zestiria

I wish ask help for a issue with ninjaripper.

I am tryng to open the Zestiria.exe with Ninjaripper but I got the ripper folder with log text only.


I removed d3dx.dll file and I did the steps of troubleshooting but no results. 

What i did wrong ?

Its ripped in successfully way a model from Zestiria but there is a problem: broken uv, what is causing this isssue ? there is something in Zestiria engine that get hard to grab uv ?
