I will probably sound like I am ripping the shit out of this but whatever
you know me bro

basically the shape of this is kind of off. Just looking at your av shows me that more or less instantly.
It should be a bit wider, the eyes should be lower down and bigger, and the top of the head seems a little squished.

Overall it's competent but you need to work on keeping on-model, so to speak.

Also
in general:
starting with just the head is a BAD IDEA ;c
its generally best to roughly draw out the whole figure first, even if it's just a stickfigure kinda deal.
