A, B, C, & D are the boxes you paste the hex from the files you want to interlace. (if you want to see how the program will interlace the files you can press the button and see how it combines the test numbers ABC&D default with. play around with it until you understand the order.) The giant window is the output. you paste that into your hex editor.
This isn't something that's going to explode on you. it doesn't make changes to any file. you can't break anything with this unless you do something weird in your hex editor (which isn't my fault. if you're not comfortable working with a hex editor go get comfortable with how it works before trying this sort of thing). experiment. if the results don't work try inputting the files in a different order.
