One Piece Burning Blood models? (npak/npki/npkv)
#1
So I've been trying to rip the models from the PC version of OP:BB and even though I got past the weird scz compression on the files I still can't really get the npak/npki/npkv into any formats I can do anything with :/ if anyone could help me figure these out I'd really appreciate it.

Here's some sample files: https://sta.sh/01fngeu50bqt

EDIT: here's the files for another character in case you need more than one file to look at https://sta.sh/01v8c9ox62ho

From what ive seen all the files here are needed for the whole model? not sure which character this is btw...from my time messing around in 3dmodelresearcher i think it's luffy

this is as far as ive ever gotten with one of these files...i can never find the faces

Files seem to use the same as Danganronpa V3 Killing Harmony.

npki is actually .srdi
npkv is actually .srdv

Textures can be ripped with spiral by renaming the extensions, and ripping the first .srd from the .npak then putting them in a .zip file.
You then want to make sure they are all named the same then .
Eg:
character_006.srdi
character_006.srdv
character_006.srd

You then want to convert that .zip into .spc, then back into .zip as that will extract the textures.
For the model you can convert the zip into .obj *but* that will cause issues like this:

I have whipped together a tool that can rip them correctly however it is unstable and has an issue where it can't rip the last mesh on the first sample you gave.

I'll let you know whenever I get it working. If you want to DM me on discord some more samples (Ziella#9999, but I believe you are in the Spiral server Tongue) I'll appreciate it.

this is amazing, thank you so much! ive sent some more files over discord!  Big Grin

im having trouble with the texture conversion though, by 'extract the first srd from the npak' does that mean i have to do something before changing the filetypes? going for it right away doesnt seem to be working for me..i can get them zipped up and converted to spc but when i convert them back its just the same files in there as before

Just bumping this thread. I've got the same problem. I've searched all over the internet for a solution. Could someone just give a brief explanation of the process to convert the srd files to obj? I'm an animator, and I'm planning some crossover battles.

Ziella is actually still working on it and said they'd probably get back to it around the holidays so it shouldn't be too long!

I've been searching for these models for quite some time as well! It'd be great to see them once everything's done.
