Ripping from Gals Panic 3

I'm trying to rip sprites from Gals Panic 3, but the tileviewer doesn't show up. The two sheets on there are from screenshots. When I looked it up at TiledGGD, I found the palettes, but the sprites and backgrounds are pretty messed up. They're all composed of these lines that are extremely difficult to assemble, is there any way to rip sprites from this game?
