(Willing to make this into a commission) A specific request

I’m not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask this, since this isn’t necessary a request to port a model 

It’s request to take already ported model and edit / removed a small element in the model

The model I’m referring to Roy, form either Smash Wii U or Ultimate




I was wondering if anyone could remove Roy’s white uhhh, “shackles” around his arms?  Therefore just exposing his’s red gloves 




I’m willing to pay someone if this to hard to do 

But people said this rather simple and took me to here, so...
