Requesting help for ripping from Happy Tree Friends: Deadeye Derby

Since last night, I have been trying to completely rip everything from the IOS game named Happy Tree Friends: Deadeye Derby. I extracted the IPA file in the Imazing program, then I extracted the extracted IPA in WinRar, but almost all of the image files turned out like this (only what looked like avatars or even deleted content came out fine), and everything else (other than the fonts) is in file formats that are unrecognizable to me. This is hindering my intent to create a fan modification for this game.

Below is a screenshot of the Deadeye.app folder. Everything visible, except for the one visible font), is either borked or unrecognizable. Several of these files pertain to one of the bosses, Sniffles, which I plan on making playable in this mod.

This is why I am seeking assistance from you guys in ripping this game.
