uploading content to steam workshop

so here's the summary:

I was able to extract and use a gmod addon (Hunt Down The Freeman's "Punished" Mitchell to be exact) in SFM and work perfectly, the catch is that I can't upload it onto Steam workshop because it gives this error:



what do I need to fix this issue?
