T Posing this model for VRchat

Hello.... Im trying to make a avatar model for VRchat and I tryed to use this player model https://www.models-resource.com/dreamcas...odel/8870/ but its not T posed and it looks like the arms are merged in with the skirt.

How do get the model in a T pose and how do it get her arms out of her skirt
