Hi everyone!
I'm new to the site, so I apologize if I'm missing some important details.
My first and current attempt with ripping models would be from the PC game, Nikita: The Mystery of the Hidden Treasure (2008)
I know what you're going to say. "Meez, why are you ripping from such an obscure game?" I have a soft spot for budget games. |D Nikita was also the "sequel" of Captain Claw.
I've used Ninja Ripper to rip the mesh and textures, but my problems are around the importing of the meshes itself. See, I've downloaded the Ninja Ripper add-ons for 3DS Max 2020, Autodesk Maya 2019, and Blender ver. 2.82.
Maya informs me that there's a syntax error for the add-on. Alas, I'm very rusty on coding, so I can't fix it myself. Blender says that an "upgrade to 2.8 [is] required." Lastly, 3DS Max works but the model won't show up in the work space despite me following the video tutorial step by step.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
