Trying to rip sounds from PvZH

Hello! i just wanted to know how do i rip sounds from games that download their files outside their APK? more specificlly Plants vs. Zombies Heroes, if i could get some help on it?

Either you need a rooted phone or fiddler on your phone if its passed via https. If its not, you're out of luck unless you dump the cached data from your root:
