Sprite Series Help

I have been working on a story for a sprite series based of the popular Super Maio Bros Z, but and this is a biggie, I am a HORRIBLE spriter. Which is why I am looking for co-writers, spriters, and testers. This is rather embarassing, but Alvin-Earthworm, creator of SMBZ, uses flash, and I dont have it. Ummm, no requests allowed? Also, if you suck at spriting, here's the place to improve. Also I don't know another decent animation program...
