Finding and Ripping from mobile?

I was interested in digging through several mobile games, namely Angry Birds GO! and KartRider Rush+, but I'm not entirely sure how I'd go about doing that on my computer. Where should I look for downloads of these games, and what programs can I use to dig through the files? I'm namely looking to extract the courses and vehicles from both of these games.
