Of course! I don't know what else you could need but the pac file so I uploaded that: http://thischair.com/stuff-fu/Wag.rar
It contains a Wag.pal as well, there should be 35 colors (256 colors * 4 bytes * 2 sides) in it in total (so ~70kb)
Bunch of sample images are here: http://imgur.com/a/jtkvF in case yours works different.
If I use it like: DBFCPacTool Wag.pal output, it creates these. It creates grayscales correctly with -g. It just doesn't have indexed palettes.

Thank you a million times already Smile

The only difference is the UNIst .pal files have an additional 12 bytes at the start of the file. DBFC and UNIEL had only 4.
I am manually assigning the indexed palette to the grayscaled sprites and it works well with that (I am able to automate applying any palette slot to the indexed sprites), here's the result:

Oh hey, thanks for the info. I haven't gotten round to checking them out yet but if that's the only difference I should be able to update the program relatively simply. I'll try get something out in the next few days.

Glad I could help. You made a great tool, thanks a bunch! FYI you can check out the live recoloring here http://uni.thischair.com/_test.php?c=wag&s=1
Just select a slot from 1 to 35 in the URL.

Is there any other way to rip effect sprite animations without re-creating it from DDS?
