It's been like, 2 days or something and its still pending.

Can anyone tell if its normal that sheets take longer to be accepted/declined?

It's normal. I waited a few weeks for my textures to get accepted.

You can read this to understand a little bit about pending submissions.
If you can't handle the heat.
