Hope that's not too much to ask, but can anyone extract the sound effects from the game, F Zero from the Super Nintendo?
It is to be able to make an animation!

This tool works (no installation neccessary) and was able to pull out 13 samples, but I can't really say if these are actual sound effects:

Chrono Trigger, Lavos's screeching voice, it isn't a sample by itself, it is actually the choir music sample which has with pitch shifting applied to it while it is going through the pulse modulation effect on the sound chip. That give it that wet worbly sound. It is neat though that it original came from human choir samples.
So, unfortunately, most SNES sounds need to be triggered in game and recorded to an SPC file using SNES9x, then you need to open them up in winamp after and record only the channels with the sound effect to their own wave file, then trim out any music that is before and after.
