Dialogue box, is default?

"Thank you, all accounts pertaining to that email address have now been sent an email with details on how to reset the passwords."

I'm wondering if this is a dialogue default by MyBB or just an error?    I think the rules say 1 account per user, there say "all account pertaining to that email" also registering with 2 account (same email) is impossible.

It's default text and yes, we have it set to not allow multiple registrations per email and our rules already state that only one account is allowed per person.
