does someone know how rip sprites from the arcade board sammy?

tthe arcade board sammy is mostly filled whit 3d games but there are some 2d games, blue dolphing and the rumbles fish 1 and 2, i ask about how hard is it to rip from that arcade board, considering that the board is based on the dreamcast engine i belive.
