Anyway I can this mouth mode to be in a way where the other mouths aren't fused together? And that its able to at least be separated by loose parts? I cant separate this mouth no matter what I try. And when separating manually I cant tell what's what so...

It seems to me that you are on blender.
In edit mode, select each mouth with the key L (limit to normals if necessary), then press P to separate them into different objects |
