Extracting from Clickteam Fusion game

I've been trying to figure out a game which I believe was made in Clickteam Fusion. It is an Android game, and the most likely place in the .apk that the graphics might be stored is inside a file called application.ccn (linked below). However, I have not been able to find any methods for extracting things from this file.
