Unfortunately, it still does not work. It doesn't create the texture_dump folder.. ugh. I just wish people had already uploaded the ripped textures from Banjo Kazooie already..

This tells me something went wrong during the set up of Rice. Try deleting everything related to RiceVideo from "Plugin", then re-download everything and double check the tutorial.
