Pixelart of a friend

This i my first pixelart since 2007, i probably wont be getting back into it but it was just something my friend asked me to do.



Also yes, i realise the problem with the nose, but anything else you notice is appreciated, even if i dont get around to fixing it.

Maybe add a shadow to the eyelid.
Mmm, the hair looks strange, since it's shaded the same everywhere.
It would help if you gave the reference, and defined where the light was (like draw a projector outside the canvas): that way most stuff would be easily rectified.
