Certain forum posts missing?

When I was browsing in my texture ripping gallery, I noticed a couple posts I made in the past are mysteriously empty (example):
   

I tried to edit the post, but it doesn't seem to want to display when I preview it, and the text for said post is still there.

That's very odd. It seems like it's an issue with either the length of the post or, possibly, the number of images in it. In testing, I removed all but the first section of icons and then all but the first two and both of those worked fine but when putting it all back, the entire post disappeared. I didn't save any changes to avoid any loss of data but I'd suggest just splitting the post up into three or four.

Whatever the problem is, it's not just happening to forum posts, it's also happening to PMs:

Yeah, I've been seeing this come up more and more often lately. It's not a length issue as the max length for any given post is currently 65,535 characters. I'm not actually sure what is causing it just yet but as it's also happening on the unmodified default forum theme (i.e. the MyBB default, not our VG Resource default), I don't think it's an issue with our themes. I tried disabling the max images per post setting but that also hasn't had any effect so this has to be a problem caused by one of the recent MyBB updates. The good news is that the actual content isn't lost so once this is fixed, everything should reappear. The bad news is that I don't know a workaround at the moment so unfortunately, we're stuck with these invisible posts for now.
