I'm looking for a program to export Cobra engine models/resources. Anything works for any OS, CLI or UI. I do realize Frontier Developments has a grey area about repurposing their models, but when has anything on this website followed the TOS?

We have already rejected submissions from games of which developers specifically stated not to re-upload content from their games. And for others, we've been keeping on it.
