Is there a list of file formats and what can rip them?

I've tried searching around and following advice. But, no results. I really just want to rip these files and get them uploaded while i still have the files on my pc.

.xpr for textures and .pak for Unity & Unreal Games

• People have said 7zip, WinRar, and even the default Windows Extracting Tool can open them. However, those methods all return errors. Am i supposed to setup file associations or something?
