What's the "Warning Level" stat?

In all the resource sites (except this and the wiki) there's a few user stats at the top, which are (from top to bottom):

Username, # Pending uploads, # Unread PMs, Warning level (%), and Your Profile.



My question is, what is "Warning Level"?

Warnings can be issued by staff for various violations of the rules. As you receive more warnings, that level increases. At 100%, it results in a ban. Most warnings expire over time so that percentage can decrease as well.
