I am about to use Ninja Ripper and Noesis to rip models from video games (Wii, GCN, etc.), and if I rip any character models? How do I get them to "T" pose and re-rig them?
That is the question that I need to figure out, cause eventually, I am gonna post my character models ripped from video games as rigged versions of them.

I tried ripping from the Astro Boy video game with Ninja Ripper.... but it didn't work and I did NOT get any rip files..... how do I get this to work. besides.... I'm also trying out 3D Ripper DX to try so that I can get my characters to have an A pose or T pose. I am REALLY now gonna need help here.
UPDATE: 5/10/22 It worked! I now need to get this so I can post models here.

How did you get it to work?
I figured it out... and UPDATE SO FAR: I just ripped Flint Lockwood from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (Wii) and when I imported him to Blender... the texturing is not-well UV unwrapped.... is there any idea to fix this? it needs to match the model that came right out of the game...... I just need help on correcting the texture mapping. I am also thinking about ripping the tourists, the kids, Cal Devereaux, Earl Devereaux, Mayor Shelbourne, Sam Sparks, Tim Lockwood, and Brent McHale too, and I might need texture mapping help with them too.
