Would you be so kind? Ninja Ripper troubles

Hello everyone, 
Forgive me for any bother but I do need some help, either someone to help me convert the .rip files I just managed after ages to get with Ninja Ripper to be stl files or someone who can give me the better Blender add-on for doing so.

I am just getting my feet wet with blender for some model trains and toy making, so I don't know my way around it besides adding faces and sub dividing things. So if anyone can help me I would be very greatfull. I am including the zip of the files so you can have a look but I just hope I got the steam engine I was wanting in these files.

Forgive my bumping this topic, but I am trying to not break any rules but I thought this section was for help. And good news figured out how to put the Ripper add-on into my Blender. But I truly need help with grabing the model of Dragon from Railways Empire. Does anyone have even a ounce of help on that because that is very close in design of it is almost Memnon of the BnO locomotive and I really want references of that engines.
