Splatoon 2 Marie Model/Texture issues

Hello!

I was messing with Unreal Engine 5 (which i assume is similar to 4 in regards to textures) to get a feel for the environment and I wanted to learn texture and nodes with a model I'm familiar with.
I was wondering if anyone knows how I would best import Marie's model from Splatoon 2 to function in the engine.
   
I've attached the eye material graph. The eyelid material graph looks like this:
   
I am unsure how to apply proper transparency on the eyelid/eye to properly display the eyes.
   
Additionally, the eye texture seems to be misaligned with the skin.

Lastly, I am unsure how to incorporate the tcl texture files to add ink color to the model. Here's what my clothes material graph looks like for example:
   

If anyone knows what may work best here, please let me know! Thank you.

the eye misalignment is the consequence of not having custom normals, and tcl stands for Team CoLor, you mutliply it by the team's color, and add that to base color
