Help Needed: Trying to rip a model from Drakengard 1

I am trying to rip a model from Drakengard 1 but whenever I try to rip a model with Ninja Ripper, it comes out flat. I would try the 3ds max method but whenever I try to get the free version, it tells me to send my school id. What do I do? I would appreciate the help lol

Sadly, they're in a proprietary format cavia made (FPK) but there is a program that can rip some models from Drakengard 1 correctly. Here's a link to it on Xentax: https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?t=22350
