i wanted help to rip the sprites from a ronald mcdonald cd-rom

after finding an old mcdonald game that was given as a bride, I was wanting to extract the game's assets for archiving such as sounds and sprites but when I go to the files, I don't know how it opens because they appear as "PICTURES/JACKET01.00A" or "PICTURES /JACKET02.00J"

Does anyone know if there is a way to open it with a program or something similar?
