help with rip PAC files from PSX

Hi, I want to rip Gear Fighter Dendoh (Japan)'s PAC files to get all related 2D/3D resources about protagonist robot.

I have tried some tools, like PSXPrev, JPSXdec, Tim2View, and Noesis, but not work.

The url below is Data folder extracted from ISO
