How do I rip sprites from Wii/Wii U Games?

So I want to see if I can rip some sprites from the Wii Fit series, and maybe Wii Fit U, and the channels, but I don't know how to, any advice or help? Shreksual Healing Thinking
(Mainly I just want to rip the menu assets for choosing an exercise.)
WHERE IN FRICK IS THE ACCEPT BUDDY REQUEST BUTTON
nvm found out its hidden in the obscure options, wow there was a guy who sent a freind request over a year ago (May 2024)

You could try using Ninjaripper.
