How do I rip sprites from Wii/Wii U Games?

So I want to see if I can rip some sprites from the Wii Fit series, and maybe Wii Fit U, and the channels, but I don't know how to, any advice or help?
(Mainly I just want to rip the menu assets for choosing an exercise.)
