Neptunia Sisters Vs Sisters ripping help!

I'm been trying to rip the CG's, backgrounds, 2D animated character portraits etc from this game with no luck. 
Then I happen to come across this page on Spriters Resource (https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_com...vssisters/) when submitter sammyrms1 has uploaded CG's, backgrounds and 2D animated character portraits from this game.

I'm desperately trying to figure this out... Does anyone know on what tools you use on the files in the game to get the CG's, backgrounds, 2D animated character portraits from Neptunia Sisters Vs Sisters?
