upload was flagged ?

i have several models uploaded but i've gotten a message that says "Contains at least one .fbx and .dae count is less than .fbx count". i didn't realize this was a potential issue since i don't think it was mentioned in the upload guide, and am a bit confused on how to fix it.

the obvious solution would be to simply include .dae files, but i've been having trouble with that format, so i've been trying to use .obj/mtl files instead since at least one of those formats is required. i'm not really sure why i'm still having issues despite following the guidelines/rules. what else should i do?

(p.s. sorry for the vague thread name i didn't know what else to call it lol)

if you're including an .FBX then it assumed that you are uploading a rigged model. If your model is rigged then you have to include a rigged .dae model.

i mean sure i'd be happy to do so once i find a solution to the issue i've been having. but no one seems to have a response as of yet.

In the future, I would recommend providing a model so people can test what is wrong with your model rather than just having to guess the problem.
