Viva Piñata Pocket Paradise for the DS

When attempting to pull apart the game, Viva Piñata Pocket Paradise, I was greeted only by a handful of .LVL files, nothing else was in a normal DS format except for the sound data file.
Any programs that I could use to search these .LVL files?
I was looking forward to ripping all of the low poly piñatas...
