Importing materials from ue4 into blender

im not sure if this is exactly where i should ask this, but i might as well
i recently got my hands on the models for pikmin 4, which runs in the unreal engine. i was able to import the model for moss into blender, and i have all of the textures, but the materials are completely empty. the textures came with a .json file that im assuming is everything i would need to apply the textures correctly, but i dont think making all of the materials by hand is very efficient. is there a way i can import the materials into blender (using an addon or something) or will i have to do everything manually?
