Converting .dds.phyre to .dds(SAO AL LIVE2D)

How can I convert this .dds.phyre file to a .dds file?
This seems to be an asset file used in Live2D of SWORD ART ONLINE Alicization Lycoris.
I want to extract the PNG file from here.
