Shockwave is a bit ambiguos — "Shockwave Flash" can mean a SWF file where JPEXS is your best bet, but if you're talking about "Shockwave" as is, as in Macromedia Director binaries, then use ProjectorRays (https://github.com/ProjectorRays/ProjectorRays).
Exactly as it says on the tin; it's a Decompiler for Macromedia Shockwave/Macromedia Director/Adobe Shockwave/Adobe Director stuff.
