Persona 5 Royal (PC) Ripping Assets

Hi, I recently got interested in looking at assets for Persona 5 Royal Steam (PC). I eventually want to learn to rip P5X and P5S assets myself. So far, I have been able to unpack the base CPK of the game (P5R). However, for example, when I'm looking at the file, some are labeled as .DAT and others as .GMD Is there any tutorial for ripping these files? To look at cut-in and such. Any ripping tutorial would be helpful.
